Within a radius of 500 m, you will find some essential shops, stops for the boat-bus and buses to Port Louis and Lorient (with connections to Ile de Groix and Gâvres), starting points for hikes including the GR34, and playgrounds. Beaches 3.5 km away, near the citadel and the ramparts of Port Louis.

On a plot of land, comprising two independent accommodations, KERFANY is a 20 m2 studio for 2 people, with private terrace and garden. Public parking for vehicle, garage for motorcycle, equipped kitchenette. Bed, bath and table linens provided. Boat buses to get to the heart of LORIENT city. Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

A town located by the sea, Port-Louis will seduce you with its beaches, ramparts, ports, restaurants, markets... Our rental is 50 m from the beach and shops. You will have a terrace with lounge and barbecue. On the ground floor is the kitchen area, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The 1st floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds of 90) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is a very large bedroom (160 bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea.

La petite mer de Gâvres et ses entiers côtiers sont à 1 km de la location. Paysages évoluants au fil des marées. Les plages de Port Louis se trouvent à 4 kms et le stationnement est facile et gratuit toute l’année. Commerces, restaurants à proximité ( pizzeria, boulangerie et supermarché bio à 750 m).

We offer you for rent our charming little typical Breton fisherman's house. Located in Locmiquélic, shops nearby on foot, you can go to Lorient by the Batobus, visit the citadel of Port-Louis and enjoy its beach (3.5 km away).... During the summer period from 04/07/2026 to 29/08/2026, arrivals are only possible on Saturday and the duration of the stay is a minimum of 7 nights.
