Small terraced house located in the centre of the city, in an alley, 150 m from the shore of the Lorient harbour and 350 m from the Sainte-Catherine marina. View of the boats from the office window. Within a radius of 500 m, you will find some essential shops, stops for the boat-bus and buses to Port Louis and Lorient (with connections to Ile de Groix and Gâvres), starting points for hikes including the GR34, and playgrounds. Beaches 3.5 km away, near the citadel and the ramparts of Port Louis.

In a cul-de-sac, bus stop 200 m, close to shops 700 m, Port Louis 2 km, you can take the batobus to get to Lorient (15 min) or Gâvres (10 min). Ground floor living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140) shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 baby bed), mezzanine with sofa, shower room, separate toilet.

A town located by the sea, Port-Louis will seduce you with its beaches, ramparts, ports, restaurants, markets... Our rental is 50 m from the beach and shops. You will have a terrace with lounge and barbecue. On the ground floor is the kitchen area, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The 1st floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds of 90) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is a very large bedroom (160 bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea.

Welcome to the Gâvres peninsula! Open your windows to a dream setting and recharge in a preserved environment with direct beach access via a staircase from the house's terrace. A little piece of heaven with multiple activities around the sea: beach, swimming, shore fishing, sailing, kite surfing, surfing, paddle boarding... You will be in the front row of the boat ballet between the island of Groix, Larmor Plage, and Port Louis, a permanent spectacle.

The sea view is breathtaking. Sleeps 15 in total 12 in the main house, (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). If you are more, you will enjoy the Architect's Workshop with 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Ker Ty Mor was built in 1973. With its 420 m2 and its 2800 m2 garden, everyone can find their space and comfort. The house has been completely renovated. We hope you love it and feel at home like we do!

A boat-bus ride across the bay will give you access to downtown Lorient or the other side of the large sandy beaches of Gâvres (10 km by car or 5 minutes by boat-bus). Finally, an unmissable event, the Interceltic Festival of Lorient (from August 7 to 16, 2020) will delight all audiences: dance, music, concerts, street shows...
