This modern townhouse is centrally located right in the heart of Crescent Head. It features FREE WIFI, views of the beach and ocean from the deck and sleeps up to 7 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need as well as a dishwasher to make your holiday entertaining a breeze. Complete with Vittoria Coffee machine, full size fridge, microwave and oven. Bring your relaxed attitude as there is a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining facilities, under cover area and a gas barbecue as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy the views of the beach and across the golf course from the sunny deck and you'll love being able to walk to beach, shops, cafes and the Country Club. The master bedroom is spacious and airy with a queen bed and a TV opening out to a sunny verandah with ocean views. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk with a double bed base + a single bunk on the top. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room if required. Two bathrooms included with one on each of the ground and first floors for your convenience. Security doors throughout and ceiling fans to keep you cool through summer. Included for your convenience is a PS2 with games, DVD's, board games and books as well as table-tennis, golf clubs and pushbikes located in the garage. Each level includes its own living area and TV, full size bathroom and alfresco entertaining area. Featuring a full size kitchen including all new appliances and a dishwasher to make entertaining a breeze, opening out to the dining, living and alfresco area overlooking the golf course and across to the ocean.
