The grounds are spacious with a XL charcoal grill. There are 4 full apts with full kitchens/living rooms. Kayak and 2 paddleboards for use. Bring your own boat and tie it in the extra dock slip. Owners will sometimes be in main house and dock. Ask about additional activities and rental items.
