Great space, very clean and comfortable.

This is a hotel room which the hotel rents out on Air BnB. The room is like a mini appartment with a kitchen and washing machine. As it is part of the hotel I can use their pool and gym which is off site. There is a restaurant with great food and also the front desk staff are great! There is a team stop just up the road and is only 3 min walk down to the river where is there lots of restaurants and cafes. We will he staying here again. Thanks!

Great location with easy access to everything, including public transport into city. Views of the bay from the room and rooftop were amazing. Parking options were good.

Right in the heart of CBD, perfect for a place to stay! Close to emporium and a variety of different food restaurants and dessert places. Room was perfect, great view from above and spacious. Would definitely rebook if given the chance!

Great location to base myself for my visit to Melbourne. Staff were highly responsive, clean and secure apartment that had everything I needed including parking for my hire car and washing machine / dryer to save myself a trip to the laundromat.

We had a great stay at Khang’s place. The apartment was spacious and was well equipped to cook simple dinners like pasta, with a grocery store just across the street. The location was also convenient, ~15min walk from the free tram zone.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour chez vous. Le logement a une vue imprenable sur le quartier, il est calme et très bien équipé !

O local é maravilhoso e com excelente localização. Utensílios de cozinha e demais espaços bem limpos. o Wi-Fi não funciona, esteja preparado para usar seus dados móveis. O chuveiro é horrível, demora muito pra esquentar e, quando esquenta, é impossível achar uma temperatura agradável, ou é muito quente ou gelado pois o registro de água não permite o ajuste. Creio que seria um simples detalhe de trocar a buchinha do registro. Se preparem pra levar tudo relacionado a cozinha (sal, temperos, óleo e demais item de acordo com seu gosto) não é obrigação do Host, mas seria bom saber disso antes de ter ido, então estou avisando para os próximos hóspedes. O fato de ter lavadora e secadora de roupas é muito bom. mas senti falta de um secador de cabelo. Mas ainda assim me hospedaria novamente pois os prós são bem maiores que os cons.

Fantastic location in South Yarra, extremely close to the train station for access to the cbd in minutes, many good local restaurants, less than 200 metres to Chapel Street shopping and secure parking available.

Als allererstes einen recht herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr sauber, persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und zur Tiefgarage war sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und Strand innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch die City von Melbourne und den Albert Park kann zu Fuß abgelaufen werden. Wir können für diese Unterkunft eine "10 von 10" als Bewertung abgeben. Danke an Lisa für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!!
