There are two additional single beds nestled into a fun and unique cubby space for singles, kids and teenagers alike! The apartment has a fully fitted laundry and washer with self dosing detergent, free WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix account access, keyless entry and carparking. For your complete comfort all year round, hydronic heating is provided throughout for those chilly Melbourne mornings and air conditioning for summer. It is a short stroll to the No 16, 96 and 12 tram routes. Complimentary Myki Melbourne Public Transport Cards are provided with about $20 credit. If you have mobility issues, then I would recommend booking MIMI - Garden View.
