Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Port Stephens Council

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Richard was a fantastic host! The accommodation was comfortable, and in a great location. It is a very family-friendly place, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. I truly felt welcomed and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families, visiting the area. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Such a beautiful family home and the layout and amenities were absolutely perfect for our stay - the downstairs area is self contained and so was ideal to have a stray grandpa join the family fun for a couple of days. The heated pool was a huge winner with the kids. Lauren has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The location is great too - a short walk into town; or a short walk through a bush trail at the rear of the property to Wreck Beach. We will be back 🙌🏼

Roxy's place is exactly as described. Her home is both welcoming and warm. The location is great, with Anna Bay better than I expected. Roxy was engaging and kept me posted along the way. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

We booked Villa Blanca for us and our bridal party to stay at for our wedding and hand on heart can say this house is absolutely amazing! The photos don’t do it justice! It was styled so beautifully each way you looked in every part of the house. Amanda was so lovely and so easy to deal with. She helped make our stay calm and stress free. We had the absolute best four days there! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Sue and Brian are really good hosts! They have a beautiful well-equipped and comfortable studio. The space was spotless and there were extremely helpful instructions everywhere. I enjoyed my stay at their studio. Also, I liked the location - close to the local beach and to the town center. Sue was very responsive and her check-in instructions were super clear and helpful. Her local recommendations were also very handy and useful. I loved her place and highly recommend it to others!

Fabulous location with sweeping view. House has everything you need and more! Would have loved to stay longer. Appreciated the great kitchen and all the utensils. A perfect spot for a coastal getaway.

Absolutely breath taking view, very clean apartment, amazingly stocked kitchen with all the home-like basics you need. We barely left the air BnB as it was the perfect place to hang out and admire the view. We can’t wait to be able to come back and stay again!

The place is perfect! We had a great stay. It is walkable to all places within Shoal Bay. Communication was great also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Morna Magic! It was our first family holiday with our 5month old. The place was private clean and equipped with all amenities. Location was a stones throw away from the beautiful Birubi Beach and Tomaree National Park Trail making it easy without taking pram etc. Mark was proactive and responsive with all communications. Will definitely come again!

Our family of four (two adults and two kids) had a wonderful long weekend staying at this apartment. The location was perfect—an easy walk to great cafes, parks, activities, and a supermarket, which made everything so convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was refreshing to find high-quality cookware in the kitchen. The kids absolutely loved the bunkbeds, which added to the fun of the trip. Arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Bed was super comfy too and despite being right on the front the place was very soundproofed. Mark was very responsive when we were getting in and on the lead up to our stay. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Loved the large deck - great for kids and adults alike. Everything was as per the description and photos on the website. It is a lovely open plan space. Everything you might need is within walking distance supermarket, bakery, Cafe, Golf Club. Playgrounds and of course the beach and river. Hawks Nest is a beautiful place we will be back.
