Apart Valenças is located on the first floor with access to the varanda and swimming pool. It has 2 bedroom and a living room with fireplace that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It is a Quinta where you can relax under 100 olive trees, cork oaks and fruit trees. The modern studio accommodates a couple and a child with the comfort of country life. A Casa é uma moradia T2, com 60 m2 que inclui sala, cozinha 2 quartos e 2 WC’s. A casa está inserida numa espetacular Quinta que é o seu refúgio perfeito. No exterior, o descanso é completado com um formidável JARDIM, uma magnífica PISCINA e uma churrasqueira, partilhados com as outras 4 casas que alugamos. Na sua periferia foram reconstruídos os muros de pedra seca que remontam às tradições romanas. Na Quinta passeiam livremente por entre as oliveiras centenárias os nossos animais.

Two-Bedroom Apartment

This apartment accommodates up to 4 people, featuring one double bed and two single beds. Located next to the main building of Train Spot Guesthouse, it offers an independent space with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a small patio. Guests can also enjoy the shared common areas of the guesthouse. Breakfast is served daily in the main building and can be enjoyed in the common areas – kitchen, lounge, porch, garden, or even while sitting on the train tracks.

A Quinta de Sant'Ana da Várzea, situada na primeira Várzea do rio Tejo, localizada a 18kms de Abrantes, e a uma hora e meia de viagem de Lisboa, oferece uma localização perfeita para se partir à descoberta do centro do país, do Ribatejo, à Beira Baixa e Alto Alentejo. A casa principal da quinta, que fazia parte da Herdade da Várzea, outrora pertencente à família Lino Netto, foi mandada construir como casa de férias pelo bisavô dos atuais proprietários.

The property has two separate three-bedroomed houses, Casa Mae and Casa Agricola, which have been beautifully restored in keeping with its traditional use as a farmhouse, but also with finesse and taste to offer a unique and stimulating experience. Casa Mae has a large sitting room and an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. Both houses are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stoves and full kitchen facilities.

In the garden, the exuberant colors of hydrangeas, sardines and pelargoniums, among others, are notable. Along its narrow stone paths, you can enjoy an entire environment scented by flowers and shaded by trees. Lake Chalet - Toranja

Chalet do Lago consists of 5 bungalows, with a maximum capacity of 2 adults + 2 children (on a sofa bed). We have 4 bungalows by the lake pool and a more private one, about 150 meters from the lake pool. We also invite you to experience some activities that Alentejo and the Montargil Dam have to offer: Water Sports, Horseback Riding, Estate Exploration, Boat Tours, Bike Tours, among others.
