Definitely a great fit for quiet days and away from the hustle and bustle. The home was very well equipped and taken care of. We really want to come back in the summer!

The homestead is truly an ex-libris from the Marvão region. Those who seek tranquility with all comfort and wrapped in the magic of the climate of the Serra do Alentejo, here you can enjoy an unparalleled peace. The house is super comfortable, well equipped and with all the requirements met to spend a few days with family or friends. The very spacious bedrooms all with well-equipped living room and kitchen, an unobstructed outdoor space with plenty of shade, and a generous pool always useful on hot days. All this in the middle of many fruit trees and with the mountains serving as a postcard. With regard to the hostess, Inês, was always very kind, worried that we would feel at home and always ready to help with any questions. Definitely an experience to repeat.

Exceptional treatment by the owners. We had to delay because we found a hold and they were waiting for us in the house with the heating turned on and the house conditioned. I would repeat again both by location and by treatment. Highly recommended

The house is extremely welcoming, super clean and with everything you need, with all the kitchen utensils, towels and hygiene products. filipe is a good host, very responsive and ready for any questions.

We chose Monte das Mogueiras to celebrate our wedding with our closest friends and it was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning communication was always quick and clear. Have clarified all our issues, always with sympathy and patience. They allowed us to enter early and enjoy the last day until later, and they had the pool ready to enjoy the warmth of the Alentejo. We'll be back for sure! Thank you very much :)

Had a lovely few days here. The home is super clean and very well equipped. Lots of fascinating photos and things in the house that tell of its history...its actually much nicer than the photos Located on the main square of a small Alentejo village, it is quiet and peaceful. The church bells mentioned by other posters didnt bother us at all. We were welcomed with a basket of gorgeous fresh eggs, tomatoes and peppers. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Some of the beds were very firm so we did have to trade rooms with one of our kids for a softer mattress. Overall a great house with plenty to explore in the area. Went to the local cheese shop and got great sight seeing recommendations from the worker. The Marble Museum had cool sculptures and info about the local areas history in extracting marble. The pool is not heated and was a little chilly in late September, but the kids still had fun.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house is tastefully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing time was right there. The views from the windows and terraces are absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings extra special. Although the weather wasn’t on our side during the trip, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’re truly grateful for the warm hospitality and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

A holiday to stay in our memories… Pedro was very helpful answered all the questions we had, we were in 11 people having room for everyone with individual bathroom for each room. The super-equipped kitchen, the barbecue area a delight to stay the table coexisting while the barbecue goes roasting :) Mrs. Carla lives up to all the good comments she has about her, a sympathy of people even being a holiday responded to us with all charisma, gave several tips and left everything very well explained I just have to thank. A place to return for sure!!

This is a hidden gem nestled in a vineyard with a nice vegetable and fruit garden. Beautiful mild scented roses lined the entrance way to our villa. There was a large beautiful pool and our place was very clean. If you want a quiet relaxing time away from noise, light and air pollution this is the place to unwind. We did many day trips to the neighbouring towns and was always happy to be back here. Margarida and her husband, Joaquim, were gracious hosts who allowed us to pick fruits and vegetables from their farm. We enjoyed two bottles of wine (red and white wine) from their own vineyard which was very nice. Great view! Rustic and so close to nature. Great for guests who want a retreat for contemplation and to have a fun time with their families.

The farm is a very nice place, great for resting in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything you need. Outside space is excellent, with a wide variety of activities available for both children and adults. The always friendly and available hostess gave us all the support and useful information. It was only 4 days but we would like to repeat it.

Great site for a weekend getaway. With sunshine and good weather the exterior is ideal. A D.Maria extremely friendly and dechou us super at will. I recommend it

We loved the stay. We chose Pedro's house to spend a few days at the end of the year, and it was a great decision, the house and the surroundings are excellent. Very good for resting and hiking. Pedro, was a great host, was always very available, always providing useful information, and was very attentive to us. Experience to repeat, of course.

We had a great stay with our 6 year old son and dogs! Catarina’s place was relaxing and peaceful and we were able to find a beautiful hike nearby up to the castle in Marvão. She was very helpful and kept in contact with instructions, parking spots, and helpful suggestions! It was amazing to find fresh eggs and a delicious breakfast cake when we arrived. Our son loved the chickens 🐓 🥰. Would not hesitate to return!

We enjoyed staying at the cottage which was warm and well equipped, the location was perfect for visiting Marvão and Castelo de vide. We pre ordered a meal for our arrival night which I highly recommend, the food and wine was delicious. Communication with the host was also very good, and the fresh daily bread was much appreciated.

Anne-Sophie was very welcoming, kind and flexible. Da. Fernanda, who opened the door for us and showed us the place was very helpful and available. The house is cosy and it was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful time at Quinta do Feonix and would recommend it!

All went well and Ines was very flexible and nice. Totally recommend the house. Spacious , nice garden and lovely outdoors. Very peaceful neighbourhood.

We had a lovely time in Vale do Espinheiro. Antonio and Sara were great hosts and the place was clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The garden was very peaceful and the lake nearby was fantastic for swimming. Highly recommend!

The little house is lovely - warm and homely. It is well furnished with a good hot shower and good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets (we came in the cold season). Parking is right outside the door and the back garden has a covered area as well as a direct sun area- chairs table and sun beds. There is a small laundry, lines and pegs. We would thoroughly recommend.

The house is loving, pleasant space, well used and with the essentials. Great location in the center of the village, with several services very close by (restaurants cafes, mini-markets). The host was very responsive and friendly. The villa is beautiful! Pena have been quite cold during the period we went.

Ideal for rest! Not suitable for those who do not like animals, especially cats. Excellent for those who have children and want them to be in contact with nature.

This house was a great choice... and Ana was an excellent hostess always available. The location is also very good, calm, ideal place to spend a few days in the Alentejo quiet. I recommend
