Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Portaria

We stayed at Dimitris's place for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay! The house is nice, spacious, overlooking a lovely beach, which is about 10 meters from the door of the house. The location is perfect. We were at the end of October, there was no one but us on the beach, and we enjoyed the quiet and relaxation. There are sea chairs, parasol and other sea equipment in the house for the use of the guests. Dimitris is nice and friendly, was available and responsive to any request. Highly recommend

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

The house has a great view and a beautiful garden! Inside it is very clean and thoughtful with simple nice decor. Two negatives I will just say: 1) the road to get to the village is not the safest to go on foot... there is no pavement and generally cars go fast.. 2) If you are tall (1.90+) or you have mobility problems you will have difficulties with the stairs and the height of the ceiling in the loft and the toilet!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. Marita is a great host, very friendly and gave us a lot of information and recommendations. The house located in the Center of Portaria, 1min walk to any restaurant/cafe. There are cute cats in the yard, and the house kitchen is stuffed with supplies!

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Great choice for anyone who wants to stay family or friends in a house together! There is a kitchen with utensils to use and everything a house needs in general. Comfortable spaces and a friendly host who answers any questions they need!

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

Ioli's place is ideal for short visits in Volos. The location is unbeatable and the view from the deck is incredible. 180 degree sea view of the coastline. Located within a short walk from the city center and literally on the coastal walkway. Ioli is extremely helpful and responsive. The please was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it and look forward to booking it again!

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

The apartment was clean and just suited our needs. The hosts were pleasant and kind. The apartment is new. It was really fun.

We definitely had everything we needed, all cleaned, the only thing I want to recommend to some people is to make sure they have or rent a car to get there because it does take a little while to find the house from a stop and walk there
