I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my home! 'Villa la Llum' is a tower with incredible sea views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to transform the Villa into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.
