You have an F2 with balcony all to yourself, in a secure residence with private parking and independent entrance. Quick access to the N57, Epinal (10 min)/Nancy (40 min) axis. You have a supermarket a 10-minute walk away and are a short walk from the Inova 3000 area. The city center with many shops (restaurants, bars, hairdressers, etc.) is a 10-15 minute walk away. You will also be close to Wam Park, a nautical base with many activities and the Voie Verte.

In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).

Nice cozy nest, perfect for a couple, business traveler or friends looking for greenery and calm. This small house located 15 minutes from Epinal and 20 minutes from the spa towns (Vittel, Contrex) has a terrace (south facing), a fitted kitchen, and a large private parking lot. Upstairs, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk and walk-in shower.
