The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

It includes a mini fridge, Keurig with compostable cups, and microwave. We are walking distance to great restaurants, Trader Joe's, vintage, coffee shops, pubs, Laurelhurst Park, and 24 hour fitness. Catch the farmer's market on Saturday mornings!

Many of Portland’s beloved restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, along with towering pines and spring-fed pond of Laurelhurst Park, are just around the corner. Located in the quiet and historic Homestead neighborhood with free parking, this home is the perfect location for families and groups on their Portland vacation or business stay.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
