The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

The house is about 70 square metres and has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and two bedrooms. All the rooms face the street, which provides plenty of natural light. The house can accommodate 4 people, and we can also provide a travel cot for your baby. Near the house, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the Coves del Hams and del Drach.
