House near the beach

Cosy house located in a quiet residential area of Porto Cristo, Mallorca. 100 metres from the beach. The house is about 70 square metres and has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and two bedrooms. All the rooms face the street, which provides plenty of natural light. The house can accommodate 4 people, and we can also provide a travel cot for your baby. Near the house, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the Coves del Hams and del Drach.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
