Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Novo

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was very clean and with a great taste of the interior. Communication was easy and check in and out very flexibel. Would come again.

The best Airbnb in Mindelo! I already stayed in mindelo a couple of times in different apartments and hotels and this one was the best, by far! Great location, amazing host and the apartment itself was spacious and exactly like the photos. I’d recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in Mindelo. Few mins walk to the marina and beach. Lots of restaurants located around the apartment and a grocery store is within 10 min walk. The host responds quickly. The apartment has a list of suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

If i could I would give this place 6 out of stars. Not only because it's a beautiful house with everything you need but also... Restaurant Crazy Kitchen around the corner has great food 2 minute walk from beach Laginha and the beach house Caravela ( great place ) 1 minute walk from a supermarket ( Loja de Branco ) The host is very hospitable and answered us very quickly with any questions we had about the surroundings and what to do. thank you Avenino & Ângela for the great stay.

We were very pleased with the house. It is spacious, aerated, clean & private. Sunset bar nearby was a great plus! Overall we were very happy with this location/house.

Very nice space, in the center of the village, which gave us a good stay and good times, despite needing some maintenance. We were greeted by Gabi, who was available when we needed it. We leave a thank you to Veronica (Bar Pedra Balea), Gabi's sister, for her culinary gifts, the fish mass was divine. Thank you Odile.

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location if your plan is to discover the island through the walking/bike paths while being surrounded by nature! Renting a car is strongly recommended for ease of accessibility.

Evaristo personally welcomed us to his beautiful and spacious beach house. From the upper floor we had wonderful views of the beach, the sea and Santo Antão from both the room and the outdoor kitchen/lounge. Within walking distance there are a few mini-mercados where the essentials are available. Except for a few day guests at the beach and restaurant Chez Zoe, there are hardly any tourists. The locals are kind and authentic. The connection with Aluguers to Mindelo works great (frequent connections) and is a great experience every time. Baia das Gatas can also be reached with a little luck and negotiation skills with Aluguers. Evaristo also gave us very good contacts via which we could organize excursions for a boat tour or for snorkeling directly from Salamanca.

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. Beautiful apartment in Ponta do Sol, perfect location in the city, on the water front and 1 minute walk to several restaurants. Very clean, well-equipped accommodation. The rooftop is awesome! Hosts are very friendly and always available, and very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend to discover this part of Santo Antao!
