Beachfront holiday rentals in Porto

A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

Very nice apartment, good bedding, Rui provided us with a crib and was very responsive. Thank you Rui. The setting is beautiful, maybe a little noisy in high season, but being in front of the beach, just magical.

We are absolutely impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Jorge and Susana! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean and cozy furnished and lovingly decorated. The bed was so comfy! Jorge and Susana were always available and even left us a few treats on arrival and during the stay. It was also great that we had a separate in the courtyard completely to ourselves. For our two dogs totally great, as they could lie in the sun all day when we were working without having to be afraid that they could run away. In 5 minutes you can walk directly to the huge sandy beach. It was fantastic and we also quickly took the neighbors to heart. Sincere thanks for the great time! We will be back!

Lovely apartment, great location. Fantastic communication and very accommodating. Good recommendations and booked a Fado dinner/ show that was fantastic. Would really recommend a stay.

The house is located by the sea (the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away) and overlooks a garden. We had a lovely stay there and were able to easily visit the surroundings (Gaia, Aveiro, Porto). Special mention for Hugo who is very available and provides good advice.

Nice little place in an ideal spot if you’re just looking for somewhere to relax. The terrace over looking the ocean is great, and you can walk for miles along the coast line on the walk way. Exactly what I wanted.

Wonderful few days, apartment very well equipped, Clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 15 minute drive to Porto, something for everyone in Porto, we enjoyed staying in a quieter location and driving in to the city. We will definitely book again. Host very helpful and flexible with booking in and out times.

I stayed with 6 friends in Alex's apartment to spend a quiet time by the sea and look at Porto. The apartment is very spacious and offers a lot of space as well as many possibilities! The location right by the sea is indescribably beautiful! There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance. If we wanted to go into town, we took the Uber. This was also hassle-free, inexpensive and takes about 15 minutes. I really recommend this apartment and Alex as a host! We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality!

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday! Natacha’s place is spotlessly clean, lots of space and so many little extras it really felt like a home from home. The views of the sea and the sunset from the balcony were amazing! The pool was huge and clean and the surrounding area peaceful but close enough to Porto and Gaia by bike or a quick Uber ride. There is a boardwalk and cycle path just across the road that goes all the way down the beach to Porto. There is a supermarket nearby and some lovely beach bars and restaurants along the front. Natacha was a perfect host - friendly and very responsive and helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Our teenage girls loved the surf lessons that Natacha suggested and we had lots to do and lots of sights to see. Thank you Natacha for the perfect stay. We recommend 100% and would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Clean home, with a 2 minute walk to the beach! The shared pool is great and a good size, fab on the warm days! Quiet and peaceful area but limited parking in front of the apartments, especially with a van. Had a great stay and thank you to Manuela for checking us in and showing us around the apartment, her recommendations for places to eat and visit were great!

Everything is great, everything available and clean. We'd love to come back. Nice quiet location.

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to Vanessa who very kindly welcomed us. Vanessa is a lovely and caring person who knows her city very well and gives helpful tips. The only thing to improve in the space is the washer/dryer which does not dry at all ( heating but does not really dry) and which only wash at 30°c. The rest is very functional and very pleasant. Thank you also for all the good touches upon arrival to gain strength since we were on a bike! Overall, thank you for everything. I would highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful apartment in a delightful area. The views from the sleeping loft were stupendous. The area is safe and quiet, with restaurants nearby and cute streets to explore, plus river and ocean. Ariana's recommendations were excellent and she was so responsive as a host. She usually answered me within 10 minutes! She is warm and friendly, helping to make my stay in Porto memorable. I was able to cook some meals on the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great location close to beach and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car and it was great that parking was so easy.

The stay on Antonio's boat was great! If I'm in Porto in the future, I'd rather stay at Antonio's boat than a hotel or apartment. The showers and toilets in the harbor are super clean, as is the boat itself. Communication with Antonio was great and he even gave us tips on how to best get to downtown Porto, which works great with e-scooters from the boat. I'd love to come back.

Wow! We had an all round super stay in this house. Rui is a super super host who only wants to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The house completely met our needs in every respect. Large kitchen, lounge, dining area, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. So much space. The upstairs party room was a real bonus, great for taking photos and being all together.

The apartment is spacious with nice views, very quiet area and on the beach. You can visit Porto at a quarter of an hour you are in the center by car or enjoy a day at the beach. I would definitely come back in summer to enjoy the beach. Thank you Maria
