Villa Rachele offers two apartments and one bedroom with bathroom, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments are composed of: separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if requested there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available to guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. Nice apartment located in the center of Porto Recanati, in the most famous and strategic area of the city, a few meters from the sea. A stone's throw from the house are the main points of interest, the central square and the free or equipped beaches of the city center. Through the cycle path you can reach the Conero in a few minutes. The apartment is new, furnished in a functional way and equipped with every comfort; it is also provided with a private parking with automatic gate.

The veranda overlooking the sea - beachfront apartment

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation facing the sea. A 5-minute walk to the main street of Porto Recanati and at the beginning of the promenade where there are many chalets and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a small garden where you can enjoy the sun lying on the sunbed and a large terrace accessed from the two bedrooms. Equipped with all comforts, it also offers the possibility of eating in the bright veranda overlooking the garden.

The property overlooks a characteristic pedestrian square surrounded by palm trees, which is the only element that separates the house from the beach, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Porto Recanati. Appartamento Stella Maris

Kick back and relax in this oasis of calm directly on the sea and a short walk from the center. You arrive directly at the free parking and in the blue building like the sea you will find our apartment where everything has the flavor of the sea: the aquamarine floors, the bathroom and the blue room, and the sound of the waves that you can hear from every corner of the house. The promenade is right there to offer you long quiet walks.
