I recommend staying with Federica and Antonio. Clean house and matches the published photos. In the heart of the city and easy to reach even on foot from the station. Very kind hosts, they let us check in early. Their tips were valuable for a pleasant weekend.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

Paola is a great host, never intrusive but always ready to respond and recommend. His apartment is super comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even more. The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Roberto's casa is located in a quiet area where you can relax. The surroundings are beautiful, and the cats are very cute. The accommodation offers everything you need (and much more) and is in very clean condition. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful destinations such as Sirolo, Portonovo, Potenza Picena, national parks, and many more. Communication with Roberto was always friendly and informal, and i was greeted with homemade wine. All in all, I would happily recommend the casa to anyone.

Brand new and super equipped apartment, all the amenities for 4 people despite the size; Samuele was an exceptional host, he also provided us with umbrellas and deck chairs in a beautiful lido, and he was always available. I highly recommend both the apartment and Civitanova Marche.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Beautiful apartment, with attention to detail and functional. It is located within a residence with services that we have not tried and very quiet. It is located outside Marcelli and you need a car to get to the tourist destinations. Alessio is very quiet and helpful. You'll be fine.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!
