Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available in the house.

Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach, mit freiem Blick in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Casa vacanze "La Casetta" di Tonazzi

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Anfang 2021 haben wir die Doppelhaushälfte renoviert und modern eingerichtet und freuen uns auf unsere ersten Gäste. Im Garten steht ein Klettergerüst, Tischtennistisch und ein Griller. Die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, großer Wohn-Essbereich und kleines Bad befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC im 1. Stock.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Das idyllische Bauernhaus im Grünen ist von Natur, Wald und Wiese umgeben, nur 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt von Klagenfurt und somit vom Wörthersee entfernt. Es bietet fünf Räume: zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, das auch als Schlafzimmer verwendet werden kann, ein großzügiges Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Essbereich. Dazu ein Außenbereich mit Terrasse und eine Wiese zum Entspannen. Es können maximal 6 Leute im Haus übernachten. Ein Gitterbett ist auf Anfrage verfügbar.
