The Old Police House is something special. Warm, homely, very clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location in the beautiful harbour village of Portsoy. The Old Police House felt like home from home. As soon as you walk through the door for the first time, the feeling of 'welcome' grabs you. It's a great base to explore the local area. The village of Portsoy has all of the shops that you'll need. Wendy (the host) was lovely and very responsive. The welcome pack included a complimentary bottle of Prosecco—beyond perfect, and we were so grateful—a lovely touch. In a nutshell. A perfect house in a perfect village with perfect surroundings - walks and beaches.

Great place for two night stay while we explored the area. Good WiFi, Comfy bed, walk in shower. Beautiful rural area. Very easy to communicate with John. It’s small, but has everything you need.

Immaculate property in a great location for exploring North Aberdeenshire (and beyond). Quiet location overlooking sea, with a small playpark opposite. Apartment was really well presented with all that you need, along with some provisions should you need them.

Excellent host! Very clear communication, excellent at contacting and replying as needed and very accommodating of additional requests we made. Home is beautiful, spacious and calming and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home. We will be back next year!
