The home features natural stone and wood finishes, private parking, an open-concept living and dining room, contrasting textures and patterns, and elegant furnishings. Elegant dining room, linked to a living room with a sofa, where you can watch TV and one person can sleep. It has a table, direct light and indirect light and a large glass door open to a balcony. Relaxing balcony with chairs to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen with windows to the garden, with all the equipment you want to use (dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, washing and drying machine, refrigerator etc.) Bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rails. Spacious room with window to the garden, with large double bed, comfortable mattress, closets, Large spaces between the various divisions is available. The floor, all wood, is heated when needed as well as cooling by the ceiling. The whole apartment is yours exclusively. The garden is not individual Accessible for wheelchairs. I will be happy to receive my guests I am discreet but I remain available for my travelers in case of need Situated in the Santos district, the property boasts access a number of amenities such as cafes, grocery stores, galleries, shops, and restaurants. This family-friendly renovated apartment charms with a cheerful open-living space, wood floors, and three Juliette balconies with scenic overlooks. We have Spa facilities on the premises. There is a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, massage room and yoga room. Receive exclusive discounts to the Spa only if you stay with us. The beach is a very short walk down the hill, about 4 minutes or less. Both bedrooms and also the living room have its own AC/Heating. We have toys and books for young children, we can also provide baby cots and high chairs if needed. Our TV has a selection of international channels such as BBC, ITV, German and French channels. We also have Netflix available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Electric oven and Induction Hobs, espresso machine, Fridge-Freezer, Double Sink, Dishwasher and a tap that provides filtered water. We have a safe in the apartment for guests to store valuables. Private parking at the building. Depending on availability, we can book our guests in for Massage, Yoga, SUP, Surf Lessons, Electric bicycle hire - and more... The whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large open plan living and dining area. We like to meet all of our guests in person on arrival to give a warm welcome. We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)

A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Updated Fully Equipped Comfortable Apartment with Sea View

Discover an inviting space filled with light and wonderful energy. The renovated home balances the magic of the past with modern amenities through chic furnishings and decor, vibrant pops of color, and original architectural finishes. The flat is in a centenary building, has been totally recovered but we kept all traditional feats, portuguese tiles, wooden floors and ceilings, it even has an original wood burning oven, (it's only decorative presently though),. It is an Unique Portuguese Home that provides you with all comfort you can wish for a wonderful stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine, waterboiler, toaster, etc. The whole apartment. We always welcome our guests personably and are available to help and give any necessary information! We truly wish our guests to have a wonderful stay and are proud to be able to contribute. The property is located just 600 meters away from the famous Praça do Comércio. The area is home to monuments, museums, and restaurants. Walk along the river Tejo nearby and settle in to one of its many cafes. The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800m away and you have the public elevators (50 m away from our apartment. Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

House with Magnificent Sea View and Heated Pool

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.
