Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park and the cities of Straubing, Regensburg and Passau are also not far away.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining table, sink, refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.
