Welcome to the Lake! Just steps away from Lake CDA and right downtown. We are serious about setting up a fun getaway in CDA. Luxury bath towels, soft sheets, plush rugs, and so much more. This is a one bedroom cottage with a pull out sofa that is very comfortable!! Completely remodeled on the inside and in the process of remodeling the landscaping. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
