Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Villa Dol is covered with all day lasting shadow provided by an old tree (Mediterranean hackberry), leaning on the front part of the house. Garden is wrapped in mesmerizing smell of rosemary, lavender and vividly coloured variety of flowers as well as bird's singing as part of natural sound surroundings fulfilled with silence and absence of car noise. The terrace made of stone is equipped with old-fashioned fireplace, including traditional Dalmatian bell for baking bread and preparing food.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
