At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

A 5-minute walk away you will find: bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, kebab, florist, beautician, etc. It can accommodate 4 people with everything you need for a good, light stay. On Wednesday mornings there is the market in the city centre. We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.
