Great place! Walkable to the beach and very clean! I’d stay here again.

So close to the beach and good food! We had the most perfect stay and will definitely be back. Perfect for an extended stay as the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking.

Beautiful weekend thanks to Kris and bob ! As soon as we pulled in Kris met with me and my family . She was so nice and she went out of her way to give my son a brand new learning bear :) I would definitely recommend this place ! I definitely want to book again ! This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

Great stay, right by the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. Fun to just walk around and explore the neighborhoods and the coastline. Place is a little bit smaller than pictures show BUT everything was clean and well stocked. The lady who we got our keys from was very kind! We had a wonderful stay!

This lovely property is directly on the beach and strand. We watched dolphins offshore from the patio door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were beachy and comfortable. The beach was beautiful for walking and swimming.

Perfect location for a perfect week. We rented a car and explored La Jolla, Torrey pines, and other areas, but the area has plenty to do without a car as well. You can rent some rollerblades or a bike next door at ray’s rentals for the week for a fair price

It was a great experience from the minute we checked in to checking out. would highly recommend. best, clean and just as expected.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely book the apartment again. It had all the comforts of home and was is a beautiful, convenient neighborhood. It was a nice place to relax after long days of exploring the area.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

The place is perfect for two people. I loved all the natural light in the place. It's only a 1 block walk to the bay and the boardwalk and from there you can follow the boardwalk to the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Bryan’s space was beautifully updated, full of high end features, and in a wonderful area of San Diego, close to the beach and lots of local neighborhood restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bryan’s prompt responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !
