A unique place just a short walk from the beach! Apartment with ocean and mountain views, excellent amenities, new building built in 2023, fiber optic wifi, fully equipped apartment, you have 4 chairs and a cooler to take to the beach🏖️;), children's park on the 3rd floor. 14 minutes from the airport, residential sector in the south rolling sector. Capacity 6 adults, 7 could be accepted (since in the main room a double bed has a single nest bed). Mini Market on the 1st floor of the building.
