Holiday rentals with beach access in Pozzuoli

Teresa was a lovely host! Very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was gorgeous and sparkling clean! The view is so incredibly beautiful! The road below is busy and can be a little loud on weekends, but the beautiful doors help block that noise out. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to pack earplugs. One thing we didn’t figure out immediately, is that the shutters outside your balconies, close to make it dark inside the apartment, If you need a nap during the day as we did after our flight. Having a washer was wonderful! Nice area to hang dry your clothes near the roof. The rooftop patio was great to take our wine up to at sunset. We ate our leftovers out on one of our kitchen balcony several times. And if you are there on a Monday, don’t miss the street market right around the corner. They had anything you could possibly want or need! Definitely would book here again!! As it is a short walk and train ride for €1.50 from Sorrento. Grazie Teresa!

Bon emplacement, magnifique vue, facile de prendre le ferry et le bus de ville en sortant de l’appartement. Pamela est très accueillante. Le logement est au 4e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc vous devez être en forme pour y accéder.

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

Location, Location!! Absolutely perfect in every way. We had a fantastic stay in Positano! The apartment was in a GREAT location, easy and accessible and couldnt be closer to beach, restaurants and shopping! Beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Carlo's was an amazing host, providing great recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had. he was very accommodating. The check-in process was seamless and quick. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

This is the place to stay visiting the Almalfi Coast. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was a delight. Vittorrio was very helpful and met us at the start of the stay to welcome us and talk us through the apartment. Really great flexible apartment.

Alessandra was very responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The flat is amazing. Great location, great space and very clean - the living room Is very spacious and it was lovely to relax after all the walking (because everything was walking distance !). I really highly recommend this for a stay in Naples. Thank you very much Alessandra !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The breathtaking views were a highlight, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to town and amazing restaurants. The espresso machine was a delightful touch that made our mornings special. Our host went above and beyond: assisting with our luggage, responding promptly to our messages, and even arranging transportation for us. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at The Ladder! The stairs were exactly as described, I’m not sure why so many people are surprised in previous reviews! The walk was good exercise and worth the million dollar view. The space was so clean and had all the things we needed to make a beautiful breakfast and a dinner in the evening. No restaurant had better views! Niccola went above and beyond — I accidentally left an important necklace at the apartment and he offered to take it to Rome during his next visit to give to my daughter. That was so thoughtful! I saw no complaints about the beds — we all felt they were very, very firm (hard), but I guess we all just prefer softer beds. Nothing bad — just preference. Five star stay from one Air B&B host to another! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alberto was super friendly and responsive. The place has a great location. Short walk (but strenuous) to the beach and all the restaurants. On the way up, you'll need to catch your breath a few time, but totally worth it. The place is right next to the bus stop. Super convenient. The view. The view is stunning. Husband and I enjoyed breakfast every morning with this beautiful view.

Carlo is to date the BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He took the time to be responsive in advance of our check-in, allowed us to drop our bags off early, even helped us book the bag porters to transport our bags ON OUR BEHALF. He was kind, friendly, and extremely patient. He also recommended an amazing driver named Antonio who picked us up at NAP (Naples Airport) in his Mercedes Van and took us all the way to the entry point for the Fornillo walking path (about a 3 min walk from the Casa). He also gave us a THOROUGH explanation of the entire city with a map, showing us all of his favorite places. He truly goes above and beyond. I would recommend his place due to the location (very quiet, private, “off the beaten path”, and ALSO, directly above the most authentic local beach - the one with less tourists and more locals, Fornillo), the breathtaking views, great shops and restaurants, and of course, Carlo 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Our home in Positano was the most beautiful in a most beautiful city. It was even better than the photos and exceeded our dreams. Fabrizia answered all my pre-trip concerns and questions and set us up with airport transfer and private driver. Carmella let us in and clearly explained everything at check in. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we could need. The stairs are serious but all of Positano is stairs; that is part of the adventure of choosing to stay there. The home location was easy for grocery, restaurant, bus stop, and may I say once more, perfect for beauty.

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

We had such a great time in Positano at this apartment! First, the hosts were so responsive and pleasant to interact with. We were greeted at a restaurant and helped with our bags down a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment. The place is so charming and full of light. It’s larger than it seemed to me in the photos. The views were insane! We felt so lucky to have found this exact place. Everything in Positano is either a walk-up or walk-down…lots of steps and stairs.. but this place was very conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that if you were tired from a long day of exploring, you could easily have a nice dinner or grab provisions near your place. We would definitely highly recommend place and if Simona has other properties to rent I would recommend her company in general because they took excellent care of us and responded within minutes if we had questions or needed anything. Great place and great host!

A lovely house in the beautiful village of Praiano which is less touristy and calmer ! The view from the terrasse is absolutely stunning on the sea. There is a lovely beach at walking distance with nice restaurants. The decoration of the house is really nice. Arianna responded very quickly to our questions during our stay. I would highly recommend !

We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect and the view was just breathtaking! Sabrina was so very helpful and nice. She met us when we arrived and then after that we communicated via messaging. She stayed away, but if we needed anything we could contact her and she would help us. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay!! Thank you Sabrina for such an amazing time!

Annamaria was extremely flexible, we were able to drop our bags early after arriving from Canada. We took her recommendation for a transfer from the airport and thank goodness we did. Mario was super friendly and navigated Naple’s fascinating streets and traffic with the skill of a real Neapolitan. Annamaria’s place is right in the heart of the action, and her incredible terrace was an amazing oasis of peace in the middle of the charming chaos of Napoli. The apartment itself is simple and as described and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Anna Maria

Nous remercions Armando pour son accueil. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans son appartement bien situé en bord de mer, proche de la ligne de métro permettant un bon accès au centre ville.

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

I would highly recommend staying at Gio’s apartment in Ischia! The view of Capri Sorrento Mt Vesuvius and the Castle from the large terrace is a dream! The view from the bedroom every morning as well. The apartment is wonderfully tiled and cared for (with air conditioning that works very well)! Gio was helpful weeks before we arrived with information on the ferry, luggage storage at the port, and our amazing taxi driver Loredana! Many wonderful recommendations for fresh bread downstairs (Boccia!) restaurants, thermal spa, and winery. We had the perfect day on the boat tour by ischiadamare (Carmine Lancia)!

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Eugenio is a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly and in the style of old school Airbnb he provides bottled water snacks for breakfast and appertivo. Cereal, milk, salami cheese and crackers. Plus in the bathroom there's suntan lotion, soap, shampoo, sanitary products. It's a really beautiful apartment, it belonged to his grandparents and he still lives in half of it. We love it!

Five stars are not enough for this place. It is spacious, very nicely decorated, and everything seems new. Very clean and absolutely beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and left us with fresh fruit, wine, lemoncello, pastries, and coffee. They even brought a replacement supply of coffee and more fruit, when they thought we would run out, and brought fresh towels even though we had a washing machine. There are at least 10 local restaurants right outside your door, all great! Plus 2 convenience stores if you need something, and excursions you can book (boats, kayaks, scuba, etc.) The mood in Marina Grande is very relaxed and stunningly beautiful! Sitting on the balcony or the small beach, Mount Vesuvius is right in front of you across the water, with twinkling lights at night and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! The busy city center is a 15 minute walk, with lots to do and nice little shops. But it was always great to walk back in the evenings to this beautiful place! Highly recommend!!
