The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist landmarks. However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

village council exceeded my expectations! my family loved the house, very cozy, a peaceful and wonderful place. Before I went, I saw some comments that the only problem was with the garage! because it's rotating, if it stops behind a car, you leave your contact to call you for possible maneuvering. I honestly saw no problem. in case you stop behind someone and need to leave on foot. Take the car leaves on the sidewalk, super quiet place, when you return guard again. That's personal detail! comments are sometimes unnecessary. At last everything quiet, all polite of the condominium, quiet place, total privacy. side beaches! has 3 nearby viewpoints, I did everything on the hike! is worth it. My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

Me and my family loved our stay in Sueli’s place. Sueli was an amazing host and her home is absolutely stunning. We created forever memories by playing dominoes on the rooftop while the kids played in the pool and the churrasco cooking hot, walked to the beach countless times as it’s so close, enjoyed our pão de queijo & café in the kitchen with the amazing view of the beach, and so much more. We were well served, the house is the same as the photos.. big and very cozy. The very clean and organized rooms, we went in 10 people and accommodated very well. has 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, the refrigerator super catering, microwave and stove.. I didn't miss anything! The barbecue went well too, the pool is not much bigger than the one to cool off... it has sun chairs by the pool. The house is older, more clean, well organized and cozy, I felt in a country house... with plenty of plants around the house. It is 2 blocks from the beach is super close, we went every day on foot. The house is next to a parking lot, this brings us more security the house has an electric fence on freight, so it's very safe. Super recommend! I intend to come back more often.

The stay was excellent, with wonderful time throughout the trip. The apartment is practically on the sand, located in the Millionaires Beach, which makes the experience even more special. The view is stunning from both the living room and the bedrooms. Mr. Manuel was extremely attentive and kind — I needed a clarification and he responded promptly, very willingly.
