I divided my house into 4 lofts with separate entrances consisting of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom exclusively for guests. It's a rustic site, not a condominium or inn. Surrounded by the sea and forest and very close to the trendiest spots in Barra da Tijuca and the South Zone.
