Beautiful house by the sea, swimming pool and barbecue area

¨Enjoy the privileged view of the beach that the house offers. It was built with the idea of providing guests with a constant view of the exuberance of the Saquarema Sea. In addition, the house offers an excellent and spacious gourmet area accompanied by a swimming pool with an "island" on the edge with a waterfall and a lawn around it, great for families with children. The house offers 3 en-suites, two of which face the sea and have two pergolas on the balcony. Here's a tip: watch the sunset from there!

It is a beach house well protected against insects with extra screen doors and windows with double screens. It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

Beach House, 3 or 4-suite property, Saquarema

A property that is "your beach house on Itaúna beach." The setting of the master suite makes up the second floor with privileged views. The others decorate the garden. It has monitoring and a housekeeper. We partner with a chef who creates dining experiences of your choice. If you do not need all the suites, the price can be reduced. Reservations of 1 to 2 nights are subject to bed linen and cleaning fees. On weekends, the price is different. Water has a quota and energy is separate.
