It is also close to the shopping centre, which means you can enjoy an evening stroll with the family without having to worry about driving or parking (shortest distance 1.2 km). The building provides a beach service: staff set up 4 chairs and 1 parasol per apartment early in the morning and remove them around 5 p.m. The location is fixed. You need to bring bed linen and towels for the flat.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
