Ilo is a great host, he gave us all the instructions for a great stay and was very helpful and flexible. The stay was very quiet and comfortable, we rested very well on an amazing family weekend. The house is great, as is the condominium. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Great flat, well located and close to the beach. The check-in was smooth and the staff of the concierge was super gentle. André responded quickly and sent guidelines regarding the check-out of the building that even though they were rotating vacancies, there was always a vacancy near the apartment and several options of places to park.

Hosting very good! Hotel clean and matches the photos. Privileged location. Near markets, pharmacy, shops, Fair Beira-Mar. The beachfront is top, in addition to the Varjota neighborhood. It would be easy!

The environment is perfect, we did not have any problems in communication and the Gezer always very helpful, impeccable cleaning and everything happened as promised!

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

Your Francisco was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times and the house has good accommodation, very good to have a control gate because it made it very easy to get in with the car at night since the place is not very busy, but it seemed to be very quiet.

The view was excellent, one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, besides the very well-maintained house, equipped kitchen, we lacked nothing. Great cost and beneficial, very receptive homemade, gave us tips from supermarkets and restaurants. The organization of the rooms were impeccable, very well-equipped as well, with towels and soaps available. Everyone loved it!

Paulo's place provided us with an amazing family holiday. Gorgeous view, spacious, air-conditioning in all of the suites. Small repairs were made promptly, Paulo is a cordial and agile host. That was great!

great location, apartment with beautiful view of the fortaleza waterfront! met my family's expectations! I recommend the apartment! Raphael the room needs a shutter, because the sensor in the hallway doesn't work well and it's too bright to sleep! in the kitchen, if possible, cutlery, at least one for each guest, was missing! Some utensils such as an electric kettle and some bowls to put ready-made food we loved the stay, the location and the view! We will definitely recommend it! Thank you
