We arrived at the apartment at dawn, and were very well received in the building's guardhouse, we entered the apartment with tranquility. Everything very practical and organized! I loved the cleaning and organization of the apartment. The leisure area of the building is wonderful! And the location very good tbm.. we eat at “Sabor da Rosinha”, we love it!

Actually there was almost no contact, first because Olímpio itself already sends instructions that are very clear by whats, according to the fact that it is "self check-in" at any time. It's simple: just wait for the day and arrive at the front desk saying it's there for check-in. Limpeza, AP, Vista; impeccable accommodation.

Guilherme was very requested from the first contact, always responded with agility and helped us in everything that was within his reach. The flat is very well equipped and had everything we needed, as well as being extremely clean. The condominium is very safe and close to the center and the main beaches (by car). In the condominium there is no cell signal, but the wifi works very well. Communication with the concierge is also an otima, helped us a lot with taxi contacts. I highly recommend the accommodation, I hope to be able to return one day!

Everything was great! Paula welcomed us and the house was just as advertised. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place with walking access to the beach.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. Once again, thank you for seeing us, Kelps. It was wonderful.

The host is helpful and generous, he made our stay easier from the beginning, I can only thank him! The house has a beautiful sea view, is spacious and very well maintained, the decor is in very good taste, with inspirational items and art. It has 6 en-suites, with comfortable beds, linens and clean, fragrant towels. New air-conditioners in great working order. The living room has a state-of-the-art TV, and well-planned furniture. The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!

Daniel and Patrícia are really "super hosts"! We had some minor problems on arrival and it was comforting their effort to regularize the situation and offer us a pleasant stay. The house is cozy, with spacious rooms and all new. The condominium is very quiet and has a very close market. The neighborhood is not very beautiful and the access to the beach on foot is a bit complicated, especially if you are with the elderly, because it has a very steep hill to go down and climb. But that didn't stop us from having a landmark Christmas experience! The tips offered were also good, including the buggy tour with one of the condominium's "bugueiros", which was indicated by Daniel and Patrícia!

Great stay, Igor is a considerate host and has given us all the support we need. The house matches the statement, great location and the house accommodates a family and friends very well. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. We already miss the apartment and we intend to return soon!
