A few meters from the beautiful beach practically reserved for the condominium, and close to the center of the Condominium where there is a bakery, ice cream parlor, snack bars, market and pharmacy. Family-only rental, NOT allowed for parties. - Up to 10 people, an additional charge applies, limited to 12 people.

Comfortably accommodates 4 (four). - Check-in from 3 p.m. (we expedite it earlier when possible) - Excellent Wi-Fi connection; - Trained pets are accepted (walking inside the condominium only with a collar); - Check-out until 12 noon (we postpone it when possible).

Very nice balcony, with a small table, comfortable hammock and swimming pool a few steps away. All done with affection to welcome people of good taste in search of tranquility. The serenade is provided by the symphony of the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela, one of the most beautiful islands on the Brazilian coast.

Our stay is in a Villagio, in the Condominium Morada da Praia, next to a reserve, very close to the entrance (you won't need a car to get to the beach). Enjoy all the security and convenience within the condominium: pharmacy, market, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, leisure, medical center, etc. You'll be able to use the pools in the listing photos (use is shared among the 12 houses). The stay does not offer: bedding, towels, blankets and food. Pets are not allowed.
