Townhouse located within the Morada da Praia Condominium - Excellent place with total security and tranquility. Furnished house, 4 en-suites with air-conditioning, swimming pool and barbecue area. A few meters from the beautiful beach practically reserved for the condominium, and close to the center of the Condominium where there is a bakery, ice cream parlor, snack bars, market and pharmacy. Family-only rental, NOT allowed for parties. - Up to 10 people, an additional charge applies, limited to 12 people.

Beautiful apartment, best location in Juquehy, comfortable, well equipped, safe and clean. It has split air conditioning in all rooms. - WE DO NOT OFFER BED LINEN AND TOWELS. If you need them, we can tell you where to rent them. Comfortably accommodates 4 (four). - Check-in from 3 p.m. (we expedite it earlier when possible) - Excellent Wi-Fi connection; - Trained pets are accepted (walking inside the condominium only with a collar); - Check-out until 12 noon (we postpone it when possible).

Brand new, quiet and charming space. Suite with queen-size bed, reading lights and fragrant bed linen. A kitchen with a water filter, a two-burner cooktop and utensils for preparing meals. Very nice balcony, with a small table, comfortable hammock and swimming pool a few steps away. All done with affection to welcome people of good taste in search of tranquility. The serenade is provided by the symphony of the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela, one of the most beautiful islands on the Brazilian coast.

Forest and sea refuge - Morada da Praia Condominium

Our stay is in a Villagio, in the Condominium Morada da Praia, next to a reserve, very close to the entrance (you won't need a car to get to the beach). Enjoy all the security and convenience within the condominium: pharmacy, market, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, leisure, medical center, etc. You'll be able to use the pools in the listing photos (use is shared among the 12 houses). The stay does not offer: bedding, towels, blankets and food. Pets are not allowed.

Private Pool

There are three bedrooms in the house and another optional one in the edicule, with a total of three bathrooms and a toilet. Private pool, barbecue and freezer. The condominium has a shopping center with a restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, market, bars, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, etc. From the house to the entrance, only by car or free transportation (bus) that operates all day. On the beach, the kiosks provide a table, chair and umbrella with any purchase.

It was lovingly designed and made available so that everyone can have a memorable travel experience with their friends/family. This house overlooks the mountains, capturing all the sunlight and sunset, it is the purest poetry ready! Note: There is a mosquito net on all doors and windows. Note: We do not provide bed/bath linen.

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. Located on the North coast, we are 140 km from São Paulo, between the beaches of Jureia and Juquehy. We are an 8-minute walk from Barra do Una Beach (500 meters). The condominium is excellent and has access to the Una River, ideal for stand up/kayaking along the river to the beach.
