Beautiful house, brand new with everything good quality. Quiet and easy to access location. The only point is that the coffee filter and noodle drainer stand was missing. Otherwise the house has all the necessary accessories and everything of good quality. We had a question with the shutters that were quickly resolved. We'll be back for sure!

The house is exactly the same as the photos! Very cozy, the host responds super fast. Great!

everything was wonderful, from the first contact to the last minutes, Renata and Jardel are super attentive! the house is impeccable, had everything we needed from utensils and even a portable pen for my baby, the view from the windows are surreal, we will come back for sure, it is very worth it!!

Carlos has always been very helpful, from the first contact. The place is impeccable with great kitchen structure, utilities, etc. The leisure space is shared with other units (swimming pool, barbecue area) and everything is very well maintained and cared for. The road to the beach is by a beautiful trail with remnants of preserved Atlantic Forest, which lasts about 15 min ( by foot). If you are with children, use the car to the Orla. Carlos allowed the use of two bikes, which allowed us to walk through almost the entire Riviera. We'll come back more often, for sure.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and super well cared for. Very well equipped. The host was super kind and thoughtful from the first contact. The Lydia appointed by Luciana, was wonderful too. Delicious food and special touches on the days we stay in the house.

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We stayed from 02/14 to 02/16 and had a great experience... The house is very cozy with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Forest... A beautiful trail that leads to the beach, very isolated and extremely private... We were in 4 families and it was really a lot of fun... In a future opportunity, we will certainly return...

Very spacious and cozy apartment, we went in 6 people and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to take anything. The host and staff were super attentive and we supported at various times during the stay. Super recommend this accommodating for those looking for a quiet and cozy spot. We hope to return soon. We had an impeccable stay, Mr. Emiliano and Mrs. Isabel are extremely kind and very attentive. The house is very nice, it was clean and organized and has a wonderful view. I'm sure we'll get back to hosting and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, calm and nature-filled place.

Everything as described, one differential is to have air-conditioning in all the rooms, the days we stayed were very hot.

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

Great stay, I even found the house much better than the one shown in the photos. It is a large, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The only point of attention is the wall of the house, which is very low and can give the feeling of insecurity. But the house has cameras and the neighborhood is very quiet. Leandro would answer any questions quickly, and the house is very close to Perequê beach. I really like it!!

I went with family, being 06 adults and 01 child. The house is amazing, big, beautiful, fully equipped with all that is needed. As described in the description, it is a few meters from the city's waterfront that is quite frequented. Ah, Miguel is super kind and welcomed us very well! We wish we could've stayed longer!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
