Excellent seafront house opposite Caminho de Moisés, garage for two cars, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, barbecue area, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and Caminho de Moisés. The house is located about 10 metres from the sea and close to Maragogi's most popular spots. Property very close to markets, bakeries and restaurants – an excellent choice for those who don't want to be driving around. Imagine waking up and having breakfast while admiring the path of Moisés from the balcony ☀️🌊🏝️
