Casa Áurea has 321 m2 and 5 air-conditioned en-suite rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. It is 100 metres from the sand and has a wonderful view of the sea and Morro do Careca, a swimming pool, a leisure area with a sink, a table and chairs, a large living room, a dining table for 8 people, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The advantages of this house are: location (10 km from Natal), grassy space for the leisure of the whole family and a place for barbecue. It is not necessary to "leave" for other places, reducing expenses with restaurants, etc. The house is already a leisure spot and with a certain exclusivity. The house is located on Cotovelo Beach, 10 minutes from Ponta Negra, where the restaurants and nightlife are located. There is no street between the house and the beach, and it can be classified as “feet in the sand.”
