Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

The site is close to Lage Park, Botanical Garden, Rodrigo de Freitas and Jockey Lagoon, etc. The surrounding village has all the facilities that a traveler needs, such as restaurants, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, public transportation in front, etc. The place is as described and in the photos, compact, but functional. It has microwave, freezer and fan. It was clean and organized. Igor was kind, replied promptly, relaxed to leave the luggage earlier than scheduled for the check in and we still had the opportunity for a quick chat! The space is in a village, the gate that gives access to the street has a key, which makes it the safest and most quiet place. Recommended for short stays. Thanks for the stay, Igor!

Close to the beaches, by motorcycle, less than 5 minutes we were on the best beaches in the region! All perfect, we love and we will return for sure.

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Overall excellent stay with wonderful hosts. Mart in particular was extremely responsive, friendly, and also went out of his way to accommodate the needs of our big family (7 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies).

Aline is an excellent hostess, whenever I requested information responded promptly. The site is great, were pleasant mt days in the family. It's exactly like the pictures. Do not forget the repellent, as it is an area of green mt it is important to take, I had to go to the centrinho buy. I intend to go back.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Perfect stay! The host was super attentive , cleared all doubts even before closing the place . The site is amazing and well cared for by Mr. Sergio , clearly has a love for nature and its pets , and takes care of it with great zeal . Besides the perfect place Sr Sérgio made our stay lighter as it is very helpful and kind . Amazing days in contact with nature and a lot of tranquility , we made friends with the very friendly doguins , Tobias, Sofia, Lua and Dominique , in addition to the sheep wanting our mangoes we harvested on the foot .
