I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

You can't stay with Giovanni and don't give 10 to all the questions, both for the property and the host. Second time we stayed with him and there is not even a caveat. The property corresponds 100% to the description and has a breathtaking view, the surroundings are beautiful and the condominium has complete infrastructure. And to top it off, the host is super polite, cordial and is always ready to help you with what you need, even the instructions he voluntarily passes are clear and well detailed. A golden tip, I strongly recommend the speedboat tour offered as an option for your stay. It was an unforgettable experience for my family. You can close with it that there is no error!

The house is very nice, overlooking the beach , just like the pictures . We were two families and we were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the elements. We only stayed 3 days but we would have liked to stay longer It has parking for only one car , ( we had two so we left one inside the neighborhood but outside the sector ) We had a great time!! We would definitely come back !!!!

Our hosting was fantastic. The apartment is very beautiful and well designed. You have everything you need. Great location close to market and restaurants. Positive point was also the quality of towels, sheets and pillowcases. The bed also super comfy. Dona Consuelo (mother of Guilherme), was very polite, helpful and gave great tips for activities around the place.

The contact was always very quick, for not having guests the day we entered, she allowed us to enter early, which helped us a lot. The apartment is excellent, with exit tmb direct to the pool, which makes it much easier to go get things apt. The well-equipped kitchen, has a sandwich, airfry, coffee maker. Unico point that for me was not very good is because we were in 2 couples and only has 1 double bed, they provide 2 single mattresses and a single bed sofa for other people. There is no noise, as it is on the ground floor. The condominium is very organized, ambient sound, life guard, cleanliness and impeccable care! Pool with wonderful temperature, it is not cold, we stay all day in it, in the sun loungers! Near the mall, yesterday there is a supermarket south with a lot of good stuff. Surely I would host again and super recommend it for everyone.

Sensational FDS, the apartment is comfortable and held our family, as the space is well divided. The excellent village having two refrigerators and TV in the bedrooms, the bath is delicious. The wonderful view, the apartment is close to the beach and that is very nice. Rafaela and Thiago were helpful and attentive. The condominium is a separate show, beautiful, clean, well cared for and the employees always polite. Thank you for such pleasant days!

Amazing Experience! Francisco's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely clean, smelling and very well organized, provides a cozy and comfortable stay. The structure of the space has equipment that makes everyday life easier, making everything even more practical. The location is excellent, very close to the beach of Itacuruçá, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea without having to get around a lot. Also, the building has a wonderful pool, perfect for swimming lovers. Francisco was extremely attentive and was always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My stay was spectacular, and without a doubt, I intend to return!

I had a great experience staying at Tarsis Vinicius’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The internet speed was excellent, which was crucial for my remote work and video calls. Communication was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. The location is great for exploring the area. Sandro's house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Good idea of having a luggage lift that works very well. Very good room air conditioning! Another strong point of the house is the emergency generator, which saved us from a moment when we ran out of a phase. Communication with Sandro is sensational! He responds quickly and has dedicated himself personally and personally to solving some problems that we had during the stay but which were promptly corrected. I highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

we did not know the site but it was great the beach in front is not good for bathing but has great beaches 10 minutes by car otimo Vista neighborhood from the balcony to the beach for me the cost-benefit was great

Really a very good place, well located, exactly as in the description. A Elaine very attentive, very careful. All very neat, clean and well-maintained. Only point is with respect to having no elevator, but that didn't get in the way!

It was all wonderful! We would come back again. Cristian was solicitous, passed me step by step of everything. The apartment was clean and organized. The resort is wonderful, in this stay we enjoy a lot, the beaches are wonderful. We will definitely return!

The accommodation was wonderful from the service to the exit. Local safe, cozy, very well equipped AP and great beds for that rest at the end of the day. Huge leisure area, has a van to transit within the enterprise. We felt at home, ready to welcome our four-legged babies. The beach is not very suitable for bathing because it is aggressive but there is the ocean pool that is even better! No more, I want to come back!

The apartment is very spacious, the room is bigger than it looks on the pictures, balcony of the excellent room. The rooms are good, the only counter is that it does not provide bedding, but this is explained in the ad, so the good side is that we bring our bed linen and towels, without the risk of catching with the smell of mold as it does in other apartments. The building is located very close to the beach, right on top of the salt pool, so we don't need to take the van or look for a parking spot near the beach. The view is incredible, pity that the condo is a little bit taken care of, the restaurants are not very good. We went to the carnival and of course the condominium was crowded, and yet it was possible to enjoy the beach and pools well, but the ideal is to go in a quieter period.
