The apartment corresponded to the description, it was clean and it is very functional, it has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to Uber to various beaches. The reception staff and the locals are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Staying at Natasha's airbnb was wonderful. Not only was it close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, but the place itself was exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, there was a hammock, the kitchen was excellent and there was a spacious living room. And the balcony !!! The only improvement would have been having AC - but we knew that wasnt available anyway so it was not a problem. Natasha herself was incredibly helpful, replied super fast and was all around lovely. We will absolutely return to this place if we come back to salvador. Thank you Natasha!

We stayed for 10 days. We really enjoyed it. The condominium is safe, with 24-hour concierge, clean, well organized, and quiet for sleeping. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and Park Shopping Bahia. For those who don't have a car, you can go by Uber, spending little. The apartment is ventilated, the mattresses are good, it has the basic utensils in the kitchen, microwave, blender, etc. The host TATIANA complied with my request not to use fabric softener or scented cleaning material, as I am allergic to perfumes. Therefore, the apartment was cleaned and the bed and bath linens were washed with neutral soap and without fabric softener. This concession was essential for us to have an excellent stay, without health problems. Thanks again to Tatiana. Ana's apartment is very good, complete, is in a prime area of the city, the bed is comfortable, it is on the 8th floor, there is no traffic noise, there is a large desk with 500 Mbps NET WIFI, suitable for work. The building is also very nice. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I felt at home!

Alan is an extremely helpful host, my boyfriend and I had a need for time flexibility both at check-in and at checkout and he made it available with all good will in the world. Responded super fast, removed all doubts and even provided a breakfast for us on the first day, that won us too much. The apartment is super comfortable, 24-hour concierge, was super clean and organized, fresh and smelling bedding and towels. It was an amazing experience, super recommend stay, top grade for Alan and his apartment.

The property is approximately 50 meters from Flamengo Beach in Salvador, very practical and very well located. The premises of the apartment are comfortable, all working and very well clean and comfortable, it is worth the cost x benefit. André always very attentive to provide a quiet stay. The apartment was very clean and organized and everything in perfect operation, no complaints. The property is very functional, quiet, very close to the Flamengo beach and the region very well served with basic infrastructure (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, fuel stations, etc..etc.). The condominium has a 24-hour condominium, which makes it easy, has a good pool available for guest use but the condominium itself lacks a lot of basic maintenance and greater care in the common areas but this has in no way affected the apartment from the door inside. We'll be back soon to stay in André's apartment again, it was well worth it.

Márcia always very fast in response and allowed us a flexible checkin, the apartment was very clean and tidy, the sea view is really stunning, but from the photos we imagined that the space would be bigger. The building's elevator is very old and confusing. The building has a 24-hour gatehouse with very gentle gatekeepers. Overall it was a great experience.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent, we were very satisfied, very cozy, all very well clean, well-equipped kitchen, very good size, very comfortable. Quiet and safe condominium. As for the Host, Leandro, quite solicitous, responded to us quickly. We only have compliments and we recommend with eyes closed. As for the distance from the village, about 1km, we went and went back really walking, we only drove off to more distant beaches.

The apartment is very cozy. The sea view is beautiful and at night it is possible to sleep listening to the sound of the waves, even with the noise of the automobiles on the avenue. On Friday it was a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise on the street, but the other days were very quiet. It has basic cooking utensils for preparing meals. The only thing that can bother you when cooking is the faucet, which has a difficult handling. The air-conditioning was working very well, accounting for the heat. The highlight is even with the balcony and the amazing sea view, both in the living room and in the bedroom. Mr. Cézar was so kind and welcoming with us. Finally, the stay is well worth it and we intend to come back one day.

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.

Very wide and cozy space, I felt at home. The perfect location, close to supermarkets, bars/restaurants, a few meters from the house, not counting, with the support of the condominium employees for guidance inside.
