So, if that's your profile, get ready to have a great time :) If you're into parties and noise, I don't think it's the ideal rental.

House in a condominium, 80 meters from the beach, we are the fourth house on the street near the sea, super cozy, spacious and integrated environments, swimming pool, Jacuzzi (hot water is contracted separately), the pool is not heated, only the Jacuzzi, we also have a lounge, gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove. Home Office space, 240 mega wi-fi a few steps from the beach, we are on the left side (more quiet).
