High-end location, with 24-hour external security, concierge and shopping center within the condominium. Exclusive, safe, clean, very green and pleasant beach.

Warning!!!! The streets are unpaved and have no lighting at night. Everything is quite rustic, as we love it and preserve it to be that way. So, if that's your profile, get ready to have a great time :) If you're into parties and noise, I don't think it's the ideal rental.

House in a condominium, 80 meters from the beach, we are the fourth house on the street near the sea, super cozy, spacious and integrated environments, swimming pool, Jacuzzi (hot water is contracted separately), the pool is not heated, only the Jacuzzi, we also have a lounge, gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove. Home Office space, 240 mega wi-fi a few steps from the beach, we are on the left side (more quiet).

Very close to the sea, just 200 metres from the beach, with a small freshwater river, a surf school and a kiosk. An excellent location where you can do everything on foot. Everything is close by: a market, butcher's, bakery, wine shop, restaurants, and a pharmacy
