PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: Kitnet is located on the second floor, where there are a total of three units. Access to this unit is via a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two studio apartments. Only the hallway is in common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. We don't have a garage, the vehicles are parked in front and it's a very quiet street. We have a camera at the entrance to the gate. We do not provide linen or bath linens.

Marataízes Beach House

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
