These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

Thiago was a great host, facilitated our check-in and checkout, responded to everything very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

Incredible Experience! We only passed one fds, but it was well worth it. The house is old, but a delight, standing in the sand, in a very tasty land (carry repellent, because it has a lot of mosquitoes due to vegetation). Good beds, the very nice shower. The view is surreal of beautiful, impossible to get used to. We went with two small children and they enjoyed a lot, including the beach, which despite having a lot of algae, was very clean. Good communication with Creon, co-anfitriao, very friendly and helpful. We like it very much and we feel like returning.

From the beginning Fábio was always very helpful, polite and responded to us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it seemed like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with respect to utensils. We are comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... The first time I made a registration link via app and facial recognition. i ended up confusing the entrances, the towers to get in, but it finally went well. Place very well located, close to restaurants, bakeries and Beto Carrero park. There is a bus stop on the corner, easy access to arrive and leave. If you want to save money from the navigating airport to his house and vice versa, just use the bus (R$4.75 a ticket). From the house you can see the park and walk there is no effort!

My stay was simply perfect! The host was extremely attentive and quickly answered all my questions. The space was exactly as described, very clean, well decorated and with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The condominium is extremely complete, just as it is described in the ad. The beach in front is very clean and organized, the road to get to Beto Carrero is very quiet, 20 minutes you get there! If you have the desire to visit Beto and still catch a beach, this is the perfect spot!

It was an amazing experience, the place is extremely beautiful, the hut is wonderful, clean, smelling, Dona Cidinha who welcomed us is a love of person, helpful at all times. We love being at the paradise ranch, took our 1 year and 8 month baby and we had a lot of fun as a family.
