Piratininga Apartment

My space is close to the beach, 180 meters away. Piratininga is a delightful beach in the oceanic region of Niterói. It has a beach town feel, but with many amenities and practicalities. It is close to the best bars and restaurants in the region. You'll love my place because of the ambiance. The outdoor area has a swimming pool and a small fitness center. The neighborhood is quiet, where people usually walk. My place is great for couples and families (with kids). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
