Really amazing stay with outstanding customer service. It was such a lovely apartment in a really peaceful area. Close enough to everything and the customer service was the best I’ve had at an Airbnb. I am extremely happy I stayed here in Paraty and would absolutely stay here again.

I can tell you it was the best Amphthian I've ever stayed with. Andréia and her husband, Erlon, are amazing people! Always available for any doubts we had they were there to assist, gave us all the tips and recommendations about the island to make our trip super productive. The place itself, is wonderful, room super neat and everything working super well. In addition, Erlon is an excellent cook, even though he is not included in the nights, he made breakfast cakes and a barbecue on a lunch day, which were restaurant-worthy. Sure, whenever you go on a big island there, it's my place to stay.

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, well cared for and conveys a sense of incredible peace. The location is great, in a charming village, with a light walk to the beach of Ubatumirim. An ideal place to relax, rest and enjoy days of tranquility. We'll be back for sure!

We were staying at the house with a group of 7 people. We are very well accommodated, rooms with air-conditioning/fan. Toilets clean and working perfectly. Equipped kitchen and outdoor area with BBQ. The house was clean and fragrant. Its location is very close to the beach, almost foot in the sand. Great for those looking for tranquility and rest, ideal beach for children. I recommend and we will return at other times.

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. It is impossible to describe the experience that Ju's house offers, it starts with all her contact and attention from the beginning, the reception at the house is a charm, we were greeted with pampering and a wonderful cake, you can feel the care in everything. Easy access. The house is wonderful, all rooms are wide airy, all very clean and cozy. The common areas of kitchen and living room are perfect, we spend hours talking, drinking and nipping while listening to the sound of the sea just in front of the house. The outdoor area is perfect, we had to change the plans and make a day of barbecue because it was irresistible the space of the barbecue with a view from the sea, it was perfect. In addition to all the comforts of the house, we still take advantage of the kayaks to paddle the beach. The surroundings are great, quiet, close to the fishing village, with fresh seafood available. The house beach restaurant is great. We've been using Airbnb for 10 years and for sure this was the best experience, we left the house for sure to come back.

The site is as described in the listing, has a beautiful view and is very clean and organized. We were very welcomed by Monica, she helped with everything even before we arrived. It is a very quiet place with direct contact with the nature. Close to beautiful beaches and the Green lagoon that even with rainy weather has transparent waters and full of fish, great for snorkeling. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

The word that defined my period of stay is AMAZING, from the accommodation to the service and support given to us from before arrival to the last moment of coming home, Monica and her family are amazing people who care about preparing the best for those who are welcoming, my fiancé used to make a surprise proposal, and without Monica's help would not have been as perfect as she was, she even helped her in the purchase of the roses that would be impossible to take without me noticing them, outside all the affection with us at all times, undoubtedly it was a wonderful trip and that we will certainly return and recommend to everyone who wishes to visit this sensational place that is Araçatiba.

Very nice, characteristic, special house in a nice place. Within walking distance of downtown along a beautiful river. Good contact with Ernesto. The kitchen is quite simple and a little older, making it less suitable for extensive cooking.
