On foot, it's about 10 to 15 minutes from the sea by car, it's about five minutes away. The place is quite safe. We were also close to the boarding for Mel Island. Parking lot: The car can be parked next door, with a gate or in front of the house, we never had a problem. Close to markets, health center, restaurants, pizzeria, gym and everything you need. Come and you won't regret it!
