My Dogs and I Spend Christmas in Paradise! The property is very beautiful and Francisco is the perfect host: quiet, attentive, helpful and very friendly. In just a few steps you are in the center and on the beach. It's a shame that we had to travel already. Absolutely recommended!

Quiet stay Mr. Francisco's Reception was great. Very cute place. Very clean and organized room. It has no air conditioning, which for the day remained to be desired, but it did not miss it at night, because it was in the midst of nature.

The house is large and comfortable. Next to the beach and good beach stalls. Near other restaurants and pizzeria. Quiet and quiet place. The beds were lined and clean. The pool was clean like the rest of the house too. Great location.

I loved my stay! Helen was extremely friendly and atentitive since our first interaction months before my stay. We were a family of 20 people celebrating the opportunity to.spend time together. We had couple of birthday's celebrations, fun moments playing pool table, games, enjoying the jacuzzi and swimming in the pool. All the moments we experienced were memorable and I will thankful for experiencing that at Recanto do Mirante. life makes sense with we have people to share with us! It's not about perfection, it's about what you do to make it perfect. Even though there were some small hiccups, everything was manageable. It's a house that the host shares with lots of people and families, so here and there will be things to fix and improve, and that's okay. Be kind and patient if you find something that is not 100% the way you expected and know that Helen will be responsive and kind to address all concerns ASAP. Jorge and his son André were super sympathetic, passed.confidence from the first contact, house complete of everything, very good space, had the cleaning and sanitation in day, nothing to do, came and already enjoy. Practically 100 meters from the Beach, last for all ages, in my case it was a wonder with the children. Grato for welcoming and companionship, I hope to keep in touch with you.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Great location house, facing the sea, with full kitchen. Great BBQ area. Large , comfortable and smelling rooms. We returned home renovated.

Regência is a paradise. Imagine sleeping and waking up to the noise of the waves of the sea, taking a walk by the sea and a pleasant walk through the Doce River. And, on top of that, live in a quiet village, with nice people and a simple and welcoming gastronomy. All of this in a wonderful, cozy and well-equipped home. This was my weekend in Regência.
