Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It also allows animals and smokers, we have air conditioning, kitchen with all cooking utensils and stove, refrigerator and TV. there is space to store the car. Easy access to the city. Flat Orla Bardot Buzios Oceanfront

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
