The house is comfortable and has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a balcony on the upper floor (access via stairs), a living/dining room, an outdoor leisure area with a shower and barbecue grill, a laundry area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The house was designed with great affection, thinking about the comfort of everyone in the family, we chose to make all the rooms en-suites. Although the house is relatively small, all the rooms are well divided. They have three suites, all with air-conditioning and an electric shower. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the scenery in the hammock. The American kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the dining room and living room. The house has a toilet. And the shower on the terrace is great for cooling off.
